On 8 May 2011 Every Nation Bloemfontein celebrated the first year of their existence! What a year it has been! We have been exponentially blessed by God in all we have done and I believe it is because we have gone where God has taken us and not expected of God to go where we want to take Him.
On 2 May 2010 we held our first official Worship Service and I feel privileged to share my birthday with EN Bloem (well….. we only differ ONE day! ;o)). I would love to be able to see into the future… If we could go so far in one year, where will we be in three, four, ten year’s time? The mind boggles! The possibilities are endless!
My prayer for EN Bloem is simple: in the words of the song by Matt Redman - “Let Worship be the fuel for mission’s flame! Send us out, Lord, send us out!!” May we not just celebrate birthdays, but celebrate people, discipleship, growth, maturity, family and most of all YAHWEH!!
